Village Hall

The village hall is a wonderful amenity which is run and maintained to a high standard by the Herriard & Lasham Branch of the Royal British Legion in partnership with Herriard Ex-Services Club.

The main hall can seat up to 90 people, and has a separate bar area that can seat a further 40 people or be used alone.  There are tables and chairs for about 70.

The hall has lovely exposed beams, a fully equipped kitchen, toilets, a dart board and snooker table and has disabled access.  There is also an outside garden area.

As well as being used by local groups for their regular meetings, the hall plays host to around 5 or 6 village events each year, including quiz nights, a firework BBQ, and village drinks.

The hall is also frequently hired to villagers for private functions such as birthday parties and wedding receptions, and is also used by a variety of local organisations for functions and events.

Residents of Herriard can hire the hall for a reduced rate of £40 for the evening.  Non residents can also hire the hall.
